How easy is it to create a new insurance product?

It is very straightforward to create a product from scratch. As with anything new, once you get the hang of the process, you will be able to create a wide range of forms and products, with varying degrees of complexity. If you are unsure about how to use OPUS Infinity, please call us.

Do I need my current website designer's help?

You don’t need to involve your existing website designer or pay them (or anybody else) to add new forms or products to your website, or to host them. OPUS Infinity software is self-contained and requires no additional assistance from a third party.

Can I make the forms and products look like the rest of my website?

The forms and products you create in OPUS Infinity can be branded using your corporate colours and logo, making them indistinguishable from the rest of your website.

What happens to the information typed into the form? Where does it go?

The information typed into the form is encrypted and saved in a secure data centre, separate from the rest of your existing website. This means it can be processed and distributed more easily than would otherwise be the case.

Can I test before it goes live?

Testing is an essential part of the OPUS Infinity process and is a feature of the software.

Can I save this information to my own administration system?

Depending upon who you use as your existing administration system, it may be possible to pass data from your OPUS Infinity products into a prospect management system or policy administration system.

Can we make changes once we've added it to our website?

OPUS Infinity provides a full editing facility, both pre and post live launch.

How complex can the product be? Could we create an online quote and buy solution?

OPUS Infinity forms and products can be as complex as you like. Including referral options, looping/repeating pages, display and naviagation rules, payment gateway integration and back-office integration. Or you could just build a simple contact form. The power is in your hands.

Do the forms include postcode look-up?

Postcode look-up can be included as an option.

Can I use Google reCAPTCHA™ to prevent spam?

We recommend using Google reCAPTCHA™ for any online forms, in order to minimise the potential for ‘spam’ form completion.

Can I use Google Analytics™ on the form, same as on my existing website?

You can integrate Google Analytics™ during the creation process, enabling you to track and monitor the visitors to the form. We can also offer integration with Clicky, another real-time website visitor monitoring and tracking app.
