Yes, you simply build your Gateway and then pass data to it via the API calls.

Can I pass data into Opem GI from any source?

Yes, provided your source can generate XML data you can create a mapping in Xstream gateway that will populate the appropriate fields in your Open GI system.

Is it easy to use?

We've tried to make the interface as intuitive as possible. You will however need a good understanding of your Source and Mapped Open GI frames/Fields.

Can Xstream Gateway be used to migrate policies or prospect data from one back-office system to Open GI?

Yes indeed. It's been used like that on several occasions already.

Do you need any special components from Open GI to get this working?

Yes, you'll need an Open GI product called Xstream. Our Xstream Gateway is specifically designed to work hand in hand with OGI Xstream.
